Job summary

You will support invoicing, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet delivery schedules.

The role requires 2–4 years in logistics or chemical operations, strong English communication, Excel/Word/Teams proficiency, and familiarity with SAP, P21, or Fishbowl.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, chemical transportation, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, or related operations.
• Experience in the chemical industry or handling chemical products is highly desirable.
• High school diploma required; college education is a plus.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Coordinate product and customer setup to ensure accurate and timely order processing and deliveries.
• Support logistics operations involving chemical products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate master data and coordinate updates across internal systems.
• Support monthly invoicing processes and collaborate with the Finance team.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
