Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business planning with insights on sales targets and channels; create sales projections.
• Increase product category adoption by growing wearer numbers.
• Boost sales volume in the territory.
• Manage the sales team, including recruitment and performance management.
• Meet gross-to-net sales budgets.
• Oversee commercial account agreements.
• Develop sales policies based on market conditions and competition.
• Ensure effective logistics and distribution for operations.
• Maintain controlled inventory levels across channels.
• Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Engage customers through market visits to support the sales team.
• Monitor competitors and analyze market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and education to execute key activities and training.
• Uphold high service levels for customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to ECPs and customers to improve service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
