Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vision Care sales operation in Chile and manage key accounts to achieve targets.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed gross-to-net goals and improve service quality.
• Develop and execute channel policies, manage contracts, and coordinate with marketing and education teams.
• Ensure effective logistics, inventory control, and distributor alignment with company standards.
• Build strong relationships with eye care professionals and KOLs through market visits and education.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic planning.
