Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economy, or Engineering; MBA/postgraduate preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Travel 50%+.
• 2+ years in sales management, preferably in medical devices; Vision Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve budgets for the Vision Care business in Chile.
• Lead and coach the sales team; recruit and manage performance.
• Maintain relationships with ECPs and KOLs.
• Coordinate with marketing and education for activities and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
