Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor (Vision) to manage the Vision Care business in Chile, lead a sales team, and drive market growth. You will coach the team, optimize key accounts, and ensure top service levels across channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's (MBA preferred), advanced English, and travel up to 50%. You will collaborate with marketing and education to implement activities and training for healthcare professionals and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and MBA preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with innovative solution implementation capabilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and collaborative teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50%+.
• 2+ years in sales management, preferably in medical devices or Vision Care.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and meet targets, manage key accounts, and build relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business planning with insights on targets and channels.
• Increase product category by growing wearer numbers.
• Boost sales volume in the territory.
• Manage the sales team, including recruitment and performance management.
• Meet gross-to-net sales budgets.
• Oversee commercial account agreements and policies.
• Ensure effective logistics and distribution for smooth operations.
• Maintain controlled inventory across channels and relationships with ECPs/KOLs.
• Engage with customers through market visits to support the sales team.
• Monitor competitors and market trends; collaborate with marketing and education.
