Qualifications

• Willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
• 2+ years in sales management, preferably in medical devices or vision care.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business planning by offering insights on sales targets and channels.
• Increase product category by expanding wearer numbers.
• Boost sales volume in the territory.
• Manage the sales team, including recruitment and performance management.
• Meet gross to net sales budgets.
• Oversee commercial account agreements and develop sales policies.
• Ensure effective logistics and distribution for operations.
• Maintain controlled inventory at trade channels.
• Foster relationships with ECPs and KOLs.
• Engage with customers through market visits to support the sales team.
• Monitor competitors and analyze market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and education on key activities and training.
• Uphold high service levels for customer satisfaction.
