Johnson & Johnson Chile seeks a Retail Sales Supervisor (Vision) to lead the Vision Care business operations, driving opportunities and exceeding sales goals in Santiago and surrounding regions. You will oversee key accounts, manage the sales force, and collaborate with marketing and education teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and willingness to travel 50%+. Advanced English is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or engineering; MBA preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• 2+ years' sales management experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Vision Care sales operation in Chile, driving market opportunities and achieving sales goals.
• Proactively manage key accounts and the sales force to grow franchise and in-market sales.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and development of the sales team.
