Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ years in full-cycle account management, B2B sales, or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets for data analysis and insights.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
• Intermediate-Advanced English for internal project management.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse portfolio of retail merchants as their strategic partner to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Analyze operational data to diagnose performance issues and build growth plans with clear ROI.
• Lead negotiations to secure merchant investments in advertising and promotional tools.
• Unblock catalog and operational issues to ensure stock accuracy and catalog health.
• Collaborate across marketing, product, and operations to scale solutions.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline with discipline and urgency.
