Job summary

E80 Group is seeking a Customer Service Solutions Engineer (Junior to Semi Senior) to join its CS Sales team in Chile. You will analyze customer needs, size the plant, and prepare CS proposals for modifications, upgrades and plant improvements on end-of-line production systems and handling solutions.

You will bridge CS commercial and technical production functions, supporting colleagues and customers through quotations, sizing calculations, and post-sale documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintain an overall system view.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing solutions aligned with E80 standards.
• Collaborate with CS Sales to identify customer needs.
• Analyze the plant based on material flows and sizing requirements.
• Prepare quotations and draft CS commercial proposals.
• Document design choices and sizing calculations for machines.
• Provide technical support to the CS Area Manager during proposals, on-site when required.
• Request and assess third-party integration quotations with Purchasing.
• Coordinate with Operations to prepare internal documentation after a sale.
• Lead retrofit project kickoffs with CS Sales and Technical Department.
• Handle proposals for Retrofit, Service, Helpdesk, Embedded and Maintenance.
