Job summary
Honeywell in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to support strategic customer accounts through deployment and maintenance of standard engineering solutions, operating on-site under supervision to deliver within scope, time and cost constraints.
You will report to the Field Service Manager and work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, service industrial equipment, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Spanish and English proficiency is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or related technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English language to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of industrial equipment.
- Experience with customer support tools and back-office service management software to coordinate service activities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Providing engineering maintenance support to existing customers
- Answering customer queries
- Supporting HPS sales team
- Liaising with the LSS team
- Reporting and status updates as to the current support to HPS customers
