APPLY is a hybrid/remote-friendly partner delivering agentic CX solutions for global brands. We seek a Senior Telco Product Manager to own digital product strategy, roadmaps, and PRDs, collaborating with executives and client teams across LATAM and beyond.

You will drive ROI through data-driven insights, manage backlogs and roadmaps, and translate business needs into technical specs while leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management at a senior level.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven track record building digital products in the Telco industry.
• Ability to identify projects, initiatives, and epics to achieve business results.
• Effective communicator and facilitator with stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping.
• Creative leader, team player and problem solver.
• Consultation experience in Agency/Consultancy or Professional Services.
• Able to translate tech and business requirements into specs and concepts.
• Comfort with ambiguity and delivering clarity in fast-changing environments.
• Portfolio of shipped digital products showing delivered value.

Responsabilidades

• Define and champion product strategy and vision across client engagements.
• Analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements and roadmaps.
• Own product plans and roadmaps with executive buy-in.
• Prepare and review PRDs ensuring all requirements are captured and communicated.
• Organize releases and set priorities to deliver business value.
• Define analytics plans to track product use and impact across end users.
• Ensure requirements meet specifications and launches readiness.
• Expand product base based on data-driven insights and ROI.
