Descripción de la vacante

APPLY is seeking a Senior Project Manager to champion Agile delivery across multiple client engagements. You’ll own capacity planning, manage timelines, budgets, and expectations while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and leadership.

Based in Latin America or Santiago, you’ll operate in hybrid or remote modes and collaborate with a London-based PM to align delivery with client commitments. This role requires 4–6+ years in digital delivery and a calm, proactive mindset.

Formación

• 4–6+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or operations within a digital agency, consultancy, or software delivery environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience running or supporting sprint ceremonies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Tempo).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own capacity and resource allocation tracking across Managed Services squads, maintaining an up-to-date view of team availability, utilization, and workload balance.
• Monitor hours consumption against retainer allocations, surface discrepancies or overruns early, and escalate as needed.
• Identify and flag delivery risks (timeline slippage, bottlenecks, scope creep) and coordinate mitigation with squad leads.
• Manage squad-level delivery processes: backlogs, sprint progress, ceremonies, and delivery cadences.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients or squad members and ensure teams have what they need to start well.
• Support operational reporting: utilization metrics, team health signals, portfolio status updates.
