APPLY is seeking a Director of Solutions Strategy to translate client problems into credible, buildable technology solutions and ensure delivery quality. The role is hybrid/remote-friendly, with preference for candidates based in Latin America; Santiago, Chile workers may use the Santiago office as remote/hybrid.

You will lead discovery, define scope, assess vendors, and present recommendations to client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design enterprise-grade technology solutions for new initiatives.
• Define scope, capacity, and estimates with cross-functional teams.
• Present trade-offs and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Lead technology and vendor assessments; buy-vs-build voice.
• Engage partner ecosystem to address client problems.
• Balance objectives, feasibility, scalability, and delivery realities.
• Contribute to pipeline quality and win rate.
• Build relationships with client tech leadership as trusted advisor.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Ensure coherence of Technology & Strategy work across engagements.
• Provide strategic direction to delivery teams; collaborate with senior leaders.
• Join the account team with leaders from other disciplines.
• Link technology strategy to delivery and account growth.
