EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Solution Architect – Microsoft Low-Code & Copilot Solutions to join our team in Chile.

You will blend strategic business thinking with practical technical design to deliver AI-powered, low-code applications across client-facing and internal teams. You will architect and design low-code agents using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Dataverse, lead design workshops, oversee proofs of concept, and ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years in senior/lead/manager/owner roles.
• Proficiency in Copilot Studio, MS Teams Platform, Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Background in prompt engineering for Copilot Studio and MS 365 Copilot.
• Intermediate skills in MS 365 Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID fundamentals.
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, SDLC, and API/OAuth integrations.
• Hands-on with C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Fluent English (B2+) communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with pre-sales initiatives for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot-driven solutions.
• Break down business needs and design architecture aligned with Microsoft guidance.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses with value-centered solutions and estimates.
• Architect and design low-code agents connected to customer data and external systems.
• Run technical design workshops and guide implementation teams.
• Develop proofs of concept or MVPs to validate architecture and value.
• Ensure delivery with architecture oversight and governance.
