EPAM Systems in Chile seeks a seasoned Data Consultant to align business goals with data-driven strategies, empowering organizations to harness data value, uncover actionable insights, and achieve measurable outcomes on cutting-edge projects.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and solution architects, define metrics, lead engagements, drive data architecture and governance, and support cloud analytics across AWS, Azure, or GCP. English fluency and leadership experience are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Software Engineering.
• Experience in Data Analytics consulting or Data Product Management.
• Has led projects across multiple project life cycles.
• Strong SQL and Python coding capabilities.
• Experience with data platforms including data lakes, analytics systems, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud data services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of data architecture, lifecycle management, and data product design.
• Proven leadership and project management in data-driven initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities to deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and design tailored data solutions.
• Define performance metrics and track progress to ensure measurable success.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to implement scalable data strategies.
• Lead consulting engagements and contribute to presales activities.
• Prioritize product backlog to align with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Evaluate data quality and governance processes for improvement.
• Stay updated on data analytics trends and integrate them into initiatives.
• Assist with data integration and preparation for reliable decision-making.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
