Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years in senior/lead/manager/owner roles.
• Proficiency in Copilot Studio, MS Teams Platform, Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Background in prompt engineering for Copilot Studio and MS 365 Copilot.
• Intermediate skills in MS 365 Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID fundamentals.
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, SDLC, and API/OAuth integrations.
• Hands-on with C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Fluent English (B2+) communication.
