EPAM Systems Inc is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to design and build Copilot-based agents tied to governance content. You will configure agent behavior, implement RAG strategies, and develop scalable content taxonomy aligned with audit standards.

Collaboration with governance, enablement, and engineering teams is essential for delivering accurate, well-cited outputs. You will work across Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, SharePoint libraries, and related Azure AI services, shaping persona-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in relevant AI/ML or platform engineering roles.
• Proven track record delivering production AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Partner with program lead and teams to clarify platform requirements and expectations.
• Design, configure, and maintain Copilot agents addressing functional and persona needs.
• Implement robust RAG strategies for accurate, cited, secure responses.
• Build and maintain content architecture, metadata, taxonomy, and tagging.
• Plan and evaluate search relevance and agent quality with metrics.
• Document issues with logs and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, governance, and engineering for upcoming changes.
• Create reusable agent configurations, runbooks, and documentation.
