EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a System Architect – Secure AI Productivity & Modern Endpoints to drive secure, AI-enabled transformation within Microsoft 365 environments.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and deliver architecturally sound Modern Work solutions leveraging Copilot, Entra ID, Purview, and Defender capabilities. The role focuses on pre-sales support, architecture feasibility, governance, and simplifying complex Microsoft 365 deployments across enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in senior, lead, manager, or owner-level roles.
• Strong architectural knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, data model, security and deployment considerations.
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities for secure, AI-powered workplace solutions involving Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Analyze customer requirements and map them to Microsoft Modern Work, Security and AI capabilities; design architectures.
• Lead technical design sessions and guide implementation teams for feasible, scalable, secure solutions.
• Build proofs of concept or MVPs to validate proposed architectures and show business value.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to practice enablement, and develop delivery accelerators.
