Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium to large-size projects in the energy sector from Santiago, Chile. You will ensure execution aligns with policy, quality, HSE standards, and contractual commitments.

Responsibilities include leading the project team, planning with controls, monitoring progress and finances, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. A PMP is desirable, with 5+ years in project management and relevant engineering education.

Formación

• Education: Electrical, Construction or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Languages: Advanced level of Spanish and English.
• Certified Project Manager or PMP Certified (Desirable).
• Desirable knowledge in Substations, Basic Engineering, Protection and Control, Medium and High Voltage Equipment, Technical Document Control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks and monitor resources.
• Define the project plan documents, scope, budget, schedule and risk plans.
• Monitor progress, control costs, invoicing and cash flow; manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensure contract and claims management, procure services and materials, support supplier negotiations.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication with customers.
• Ensure health, safety and environment compliance on the project.
