Job summary

You will lead Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, setting standards, unblocking deployments, and scaling talent shipping production AI today across engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership
• Deep architectural understanding of AI/LLMs and Salesforce ecosystem
• Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform
• Strong executive-level communication and influence with enterprise customers
• Ability to scale talent and deliver production-grade AI solutions
