Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions within complex customer environments.

This hands-on leadership role blends technical excellence with executive alignment to accelerate adoption and production value. You will set engineering standards, unblock deployments, and scale talent across Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists while partnering with Product, Services, and Account Success teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct leadership or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI/LLMs and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, and API integration.
• Strong executive-level communication and influence skills in high-touch customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning and staffing for cross-functional squads delivering Agentforce at enterprise scale.
• Drive production-grade AI deployments with a focus on engineering excellence and time-to-value.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs, beta rollouts, and roadmap feedback.
• Build executive relationships and anchor portfolio performance with measurable outcomes.
