Salesforce is seeking an AI Engineer Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-create live, measurable AI deployments across multiple accounts and industries.

The role requires 3+ years in software engineering or technical delivery, a CS degree, and experience with LLMs, Python, TS, Java, and Apex. You’ll collaborate with customers, teams, and product to scale agentic capabilities.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience required.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to explain prompts that failed and propose fixes.
• Able to work with sales teams and customer architects.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end components from architecture to production.
• Work with data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Contribute to PoCs and MVPs shipped quickly.
• Partner with customers to translate challenges into solutions.
• Surface platform gaps to engineers and product teams.
• Provide real-world experience as product feedback.
• Communicate across sales and customer architects.
