Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside customer environments. You’ll partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready capabilities that scale across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; ability to explain prompts and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI solutions deployed inside customer environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption.
• Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to production.
• Build data pipelines and integrate with customer data platforms.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to track deployment health and outcomes.
