Job summary

EECOL Electric is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee assembly of parts, components or electrical units on floor stations. You will schedule, assign work, and ensure conformance to procedures and quality levels. You will monitor tests and supervise repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree in Business or related preferred; Experience can be substituted for degree.
• 3 years required of supervisory experience in plant and manufacturing environment.
• 3 years required of quality and LEAN process understanding and ability to implement.
• Reasoning ability - ability to solve practical problems and deal with variable situations where only limited industry standard exists.
• Mathematical skills - understanding of numbers, ratios and percentages.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrable skills.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.

• Interprets specifications, drawings/blue prints, and job orders.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.

• Maintains time and productions records.
• Estimates, requisitions and inspects materials.
• Enforces company policies and safety regulations.
• Confers with Sales and Purchasing regarding lead time, delivery, and BOM’s.
• Reviews and monitors workers’ performance and attendance.
