Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Cluster Lead, Chile, Paraguay & Bolivia and the Cluster Lead, Argentina & Uruguay. This role acts as a trusted administrative partner across multiple markets, coordinating leadership activities, communications, travel and events in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Qualifications

• Significant executive administrative experience supporting VP-level or senior executives in a global corporate environment.
• Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously and managing competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
• Experience with expense management and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and scheduling for two Cluster Leads.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews, client engagements, and governance forums.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics to ensure executives are well prepared.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Support procurement-related activities and budget administration.
• Organize leadership meetings, town halls, and leadership events.
• Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
