Qualifikationen

• Significant executive support experience at VP level or above.
• Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
• Experience with expense management processes.
• Experience planning leadership meetings, town halls, and events.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Manage complex calendars for two Cluster Leads across multiple markets.
• Coordinate executive meetings, governance forums, and client engagements.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for leadership meetings.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries and expenses.
• Support end-to-end event logistics and staff engagement activities.
• Facilitate communications between executives and stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Maintain confidential records and streamline administrative processes.
