BatchData is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to be the primary technical contact for customers integrating with our property data platform. You will troubleshoot API integrations and answer questions about data fields and delivery methods, while helping improve the AI agent’s capabilities.

You will also work with Product and Engineering to document release notes, expand the knowledge base, and ensure accurate API documentation.

Formación

• 4+ years in technical support or API-enabled data products.
• Experience supporting data products via multiple channels (REST API + bulk delivery).
• Fluent in API concepts and able to reproduce requests in Postman or Curl.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL basics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable screen sharing with US developers.
• Experience using Jira to track defects with an engineering team.
• Experience with Intercom or Zendesk.
• Experience writing customer-facing technical content (help articles, release notes, API docs).
• Experience supporting US-based customers from offshore locations.
• Experience curating AI support knowledge bases.
• Familiar with OpenAPI/Swagger and related docs tools.
• Background in real estate/proptech data preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own conversations the AI agent cannot resolve and close them.
• Escalate when needed to Product Owner, Engineering, or Sales.
• Improve the AI support resolution rate by reviewing and updating content.
• Hold first response within 30 minutes on email and Intercom.
• Troubleshoot API integrations: auth, keys, payloads, status codes, rate limits.
• Support file-based delivery: format, schema, field definitions, counts.
• Document defects with reproduction steps and Jira tickets.
• Join follow-up calls and screen shares as needed.
• Collaborate on help center articles and release notes with Product.
• Identify recurring issues and surface themes to Product/Engineering.
