Jostens on site in Santiago seeks a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment, coordinate training initiatives, and support audits of internal standards. You will update job descriptions, assist with performance planning, and keep policies current while promoting the employer brand through social media.

The role emphasizes organization, strong communication, and teamwork to support a growing, standards-driven workforce in Chile.

Formación

• Degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field required.
• 3+ years in customer service or recruitment roles.
• Intermediate-high English level.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment process from candidate sourcing to induction.
• Coordinate and manage training and integration activities for staff.
• Update training, internal promotions, and recruitment policies.
• Monitor annual performance plan and reviews.
• Create and maintain company job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational systems.
• Maintain social media updates with new posts and activities.

Conocimientos

Degree in Psychology

3+ years experience

English (upper intermediate)

MS Office proficiency
