PetDesk is seeking a contractor to join our Phones Support team, handling complex VoIP, SIP, and PBX issues for multi-site clients. This remote role is based in Latin America with availability aligned to North American business hours.

You will diagnose and triage tickets, document solutions, and help scale knowledge across the team, while ensuring SLA adherence and clear client communication.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in technical VoIP/PBX support for multi-site deployments.
• Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, PBX routing, and call quality issues.
• Networking fundamentals including subnetting, VLANs, QoS, and packet captures.
• Experience provisioning IP phones across multiple vendors.
• Strong written English for client communication.
• Demonstrated ownership to resolve complex issues with minimal oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve SIP/VoIP connectivity issues across 15+ tickets daily.
• Administer and troubleshoot PBX system call flows and trunks.
• Remotely diagnose network issues at client sites via router/firewall checks.
• Provision/configure IP phones for client accounts.
• Manage tickets in the system, maintain SLA, and document solutions.
• Document recurring issues in internal knowledge base.
