BairesDev is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Support) to deliver high-level technical assistance, focusing on integration and operation of services. You will bridge client needs with internal engineering, ensuring obstacles are resolved and onboarding is seamless.

The role emphasizes REST API work, SQL querying, and strong communication. It offers 100% remote work with USD or local currency compensation and a supportive, multicultural environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Support, or Solutions Engineering.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs and providing technical integration support.
• Advanced proficiency in reading source code and writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong hands-on experience in customer-facing technical roles and partner onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical issues between customers and engineering teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to REST API integrations and technical workflows.
• Analyze source code and database records to identify root causes of reported incidents.
• Guide partners through the technical onboarding process, ensuring best practices are followed during implementation.
• Facilitate technical communication between external stakeholders and internal development teams to streamline product improvements.
• Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides to enhance self-service support capabilities.
• Monitor system health and customer feedback to address potential integration friction points.
