Formación

• Several years' experience managing a portfolio of clients in a gaming team or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of segmentation and customer experience.
• Ability to build a VIP management strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist VIP customers with great service, including outside of core working hours.
• Support document requests as required by local compliance.
• Examine the value proposition offered to customers by competitors.
• Work with the central team to propose experiences and promotions.
• Proactively share new features and products with relevant customers.
