You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and chat, assist with reservations, itinerary updates, and special requests, and provide destination guidance to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support.
• Highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
