Kim Luxe Travel seeks a Remote Travel Experience Representative to assist travelers before, during, and after trips, focusing on helpful support and coordinating travel details for a smooth client experience.

You will communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging, review itineraries, confirm arrangements, and share destination information. The role is fully remote with flexible hours, and training and ongoing support are provided.

Formación

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using online tools and learning new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging to provide assistance and travel guidance.
• Review itineraries, confirm travel arrangements, and assist with updates or general requests.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
• Follow up with travelers before departure to confirm details and answer questions.
• Address client concerns professionally and escalate more complex matters when needed.
