Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Work From Home Travel Care Representative to support clients before, during, and after trips. You will coordinate travel details, share destination information, and ensure travelers feel confident throughout their experience.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, proactive follow-ups, and using online tools to manage itineraries and requests. Fully remote with training and ongoing support provided.

Formación

• Strong communicator with a patient, helpful attitude.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using online tools and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide guidance and support.
• Review itineraries, confirm travel details, and assist with minor updates or requests.
• Share accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
• Proactively follow up with travelers prior to departure to ensure readiness; handle concerns calmly and escalate when needed.
