Natus Sensory Inc. is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide our Technical Support US team remote from Chile. You will bridge upper management and agents, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, projects are delivered on time, and team members have support to grow.

The role requires 1–3+ years in leadership, strong English and Spanish communication, and solid organizational skills. This position is 100% remote with minimal travel and an international, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish with clear communication.
• Organization: Strong time-management, task delegation and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team workflows and assign tasks to hit KPIs.
• Translate management goals into actionable daily steps for the team.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide feedback, and support onboarding or training.
• Resolve bottlenecks and maintain a positive, high-morale work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
