Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with booking questions and transportation-related inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls from drivers and help resolve their issues.
• Handle and track customer support tickets in Freshdesk.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
