Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Technician for a 100% remote role in Chile. You will provide customer-facing technical support via phone, email and web, diagnose issues, perform remote installations, and maintain data in Salesforce.

The role requires a technical degree and strong troubleshooting skills, with English fluency and the ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Technical education or degree in electronics or related field.
• Experience in Technical Support or similar technical environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with CRM/service management systems; Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluent English; local market language may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via hotline, email and web.
• Be primary Technical Support contact for the assigned market/region.
• Diagnose and resolve issues and manage cases through resolution or escalation.
• Perform remote installations and configurations.
• Maintain customer and product data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to knowledge base.
