SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, partnering with tech companies and industry leaders across 60 languages. We are hiring a Technical Support Consultant to deliver outstanding technical support via emails and chats, and to foster strong customer relationships in a fully remote environment.

You will collaborate with developers and cross‑functional specialists, maintaining data security while staying current with client solutions.

Formación

• Experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with VPS setup and management.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
• Excellent English communication (C1 or higher).
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Own computer with reliable internet connection.
