PROVE Partners, part of Allira Holding LLC, seeks a Servicing Specialist (remote) to join the team. You will handle 50-100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers, gather case status updates, negotiate settlements, and manage email correspondence.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and meticulous note-taking. Prior experience with financial products is preferred, and personal injury knowledge is a plus.

• Prior experience servicing financial products.
• Knowledge of personal injury is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers to gather case status updates or request additional information.
• Negotiate settlement terms with law firms and providers in a friendly and fair manner.
• Send, receive, and respond to emails related to case progress and inquiries.
• Research and track down important information for special or complex cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work through a daily task list to ensure all scheduled work is completed efficiently and on time.
