Job summary

The Ward Law Group seeks an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, under attorney supervision. You will coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities include managing 80–120 cases on average, maintaining case documentation in Litify, and meeting settlement goals while adhering to case lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling personal injury claims including no-fault BI and UM/SUM.
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and case management skills; independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage substantial caseloads from intake to resolution with attorney supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurers and attorneys to move cases forward.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Monitor settlements and treatment timelines to meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish as needed.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures and documentation standards.
