Job summary

Sterlington PLLC is a remote-first law firm serving founders, executives and UHNWIs. We seek a first-class Legal Practice Assistant to support partners and attorneys, handling calendars, documents, matter coordination, and process improvement to enable efficient client service.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows, coordinate across time zones, and contribute to billing, data integrity, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting partners, senior executives or C-suite in law or professional services.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Aderant or similar PM software, PowerBI, and AI tools (Claude, CoPilot).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to stay poised under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-time-zone diaries and travel for partners.
• Prepare engagement letters and client correspondence; maintain CRM records.
• Format and manage documents, versioning, and execution-ready copies.
• Support time and billing; prompt time capture and flag invoices to Finance.
• Collaborate with Legal Operations; leverage AI to streamline workflows.
