Job summary

ElectroNeek is seeking an SDR to drive outbound outreach and schedule qualified first meetings with partners and prospects. You will work across LATAM, US, Europe, and India, replying in the prospect language and building conversations that feed the sales motion.

You will use GetSales.io, LinkedIn, and email sequences, with HubSpot for logging and follow‑up. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. This is a fully remote, full‑time role with EST hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as an SDR/BDR in B2B software with outbound focus.
• Experience prospecting into international regions (LATAM, US, Europe, India).
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong written communication and multi‑channel outreach.
• Track record of meetings booked and shown in numbers.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Convert replies into qualified meetings with Sales Manager.
• Log contacts, replies, and next steps in the CRM with accuracy.
• Prepare concise meeting briefs and handoffs to sales.
• Leverage AI tools for research, drafting, and dashboards.
