Yuno is looking for a Forward Deploy Engineer to join our remote LATAM team. You will bridge technical architecture with commercial goals, running API demos and guiding prospects through integration challenges.

You will dive into REST APIs, authentication, tokenization, and webhook handling, ensuring the technical story aligns with customer business needs and ROI.

Formación

• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role within payments/fintech.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API testing tools (Postman, cURL).
• Programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript) to build sample integrations.
• Understanding of payment industry protocols and security standards (PCI DSS, tokenization, 3DS).
• Familiarity with SQL and reading logs/traces to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales to deliver tailored, code-level product demonstrations.
• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments.
• Respond to technical queries during the sales process covering API architecture, authentication, webhooks, and data flows.
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections.
• Relay field feedback to influence product roadmap and developer experience.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses and all technical documentation.
