Yuno is building payment infrastructure across Latin America and seeks a deeply technical Forward Deploy Engineer who can read API docs, debug webhook payloads, and close rooms with skeptical stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture and commerce within our Commercial team in Brazil.

You will dig into REST APIs, SDKs, and payment orchestration to help prospects understand why our stack is the right infrastructure for their business.

Formación

• Proven experience as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer or similar in payments/fintech.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, authentication flows, tokenization and webhook handling.
• Hands-on API testing and integration experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript) to build sample integrations.
• Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish; ability to explain complex tech clearly to non-tech stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored, code-level demonstrations.
• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments for client tech stacks.
• Respond to technical queries across API architecture, authentication, webhooks, and data flows.
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections for evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback and influence roadmap.
• Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and all technical documentation for the sales cycle.
• Troubleshoot integration issues during technical evaluations across APIs and payment flows.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
