Yuno is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations team, connecting our platform to PSPs, acquirers, and gateways worldwide. You will own the technical direction and delivery while growing your team in a fast-moving global environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive API design and performance, and collaborate with Product and Payments teams to align platform needs with merchant requirements. Remote, international opportunity.

Formación

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Strong ability to drive technical decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in payments companies or PSP integrations.
• Deep experience in payments infrastructure, including network tokens, routing, and transaction optimization.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on backend engineering with Java, Golang, Kotlin, or similar.
• Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and OWASP principles.
• AI-first development — standards for AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and code generation using LLMs.
• Experience delivering in agile environments.
• Advanced English; conversational Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical evolution of Yuno's merchant experience, focused on Core platform, APIs, and payment integrations
• Own system and integration architecture connecting backend services and payment flows
• Contribute hands-on to development, architecture decisions, and code reviews
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions for enterprise merchants
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to align platform and merchant needs
• Drive engineering best practices in API design, testing, and performance
• Support and mentor engineers through technical guidance and architectural direction
