Job summary

BairesDev seeks a Growth Marketing professional to lead account-based campaigns and build AI-driven automations. You will partner with US-based sales to drive new opportunities and expansion across multiple channels.

In this hands-on role, you’ll design campaigns, maintain data quality, and report results weekly. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or your local currency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales or account management teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail, coordinated with sales.
• Map processes and build automations detecting account signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, and CRM records.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, accounts expanded, revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
