Job summary

Xe.com is seeking a GTM Engineer to drive a scalable go-to-market engine, turning commercial objectives into data, workflows, and insights. You’ll work hands-on with HubSpot to improve SDR and BDM performance and align sales motions with strategy.

You’ll design, build, and operate the GTM platform, enabling account targeting, automation, and dashboards. A strong data mindset and collaboration with Sales Leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot Sales Hub and certification preferred.
• Experience building GTM or Revenue Operations systems that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
• Strong commercial intuition and understanding of how sales organizations operate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HubSpot expert for Corporate Sales teams; support SDRs and BDMs.
• Build and maintain sales motions, pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting.
• Drive data quality and consistency across activity and opportunity management.
• Turn insights into actionable dashboards to monitor funnel health.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support performance management and cadence.
