Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to be the operational partner for a group of Client Engagement Executives. You will own the sales-cycle pieces from research to signature, support calendar and travel planning, and coordinate contract workflows with Legal and Finance.

You will also keep ERP/CRM data clean for forecasting, adapt to executives' different styles, and help ensure policy adherence across the team. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in support or operational roles.
• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Executive Assistance or Account Management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify target accounts and leads with tools like Crunchbase/LinkedIn.
• Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and travel end to end.
• Oversee contract workflow including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs with Legal/Finance.
• Draft and manage communications for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate ERP/CRM data for pipeline forecasting.
