BairesDev is seeking a CRM Manager to own outreach sequences for VIP audiences, leveraging Claude and automation to drive meetings, expansions, and revenue. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote, global setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, hands-on experience with top outreach tools, and strong English proficiency. This role offers flexibility, strong compensation in USD, and a path for growth within a diverse, global tech

Qualifications

5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing.
In-house experience at a US-based B2B company; agency/contractor work not eligible.
B2B SaaS or tech services industry experience.
Hands-on experience with outreach platforms: Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Reply.io, or equivalents.
Daily use of generative AI/LLMs, with Claude preferred; prompt engineering skills.
Experience with automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, or Make.com.

Responsabilités

Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across channels for VIP segments.
Create AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
Use Claude for outreach copy, research, accounts intelligence, and workflow logic.
Track and report on pipeline outcomes: meetings, accounts expanded, revenue influence.
Own data enrichment workflows to keep VIP contact data accurate and actionable.
