Bradken is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer to bridge mining operations and the SAM Engineering Team. This fully remote role requires field involvement and the ability to travel to mine sites, including high altitude, primarily in the North of Chile.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in mining or heavy industry with a Mechanical Engineering background and experience in inspections, wear analysis, and mill liner assessments. Flexible work options and ongoing development are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Execution Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in mining operations, concentrator plants, metallurgy, or related heavy industries.
• Experience in field inspections, shutdown support, and mill liner wear assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute technical inspections, wear assessments, and mill liner scanning during shutdowns and campaigns.
• Gather critical technical data on-site and liaise with the Central Engineering team for performance analysis and optimization of new designs.
• Support technical investigations and root cause analysis related to product performance, validating operational and installation conditions.
• Build and maintain solid technical relationships with clients through a continuous field presence, delivering on-site engineering support backed by a multidisciplinary Engineering team to develop high-value technical solutions.
• Guarantee a 360° Safety Culture: Comply with occupational health and safety standards in all field activities.
